Two Sets of DBKR-4815 Battery Load Banks are Exported to Mongolia

At the beginning of 2020, our city was hit by the spread of Covid-19, then the whole country and the whole world later. People were told to stay at home and the city of Wuhan was in lockdown for more than 2 months.

At this time, our Mongolian customer ordered two sets of DBKR-4815 Battery Load Banks just before the lockdown. We feel sorry for our customer that we cannot deliver the goods as soon as possible. We discussed with the customer and they agreed the delay of delivery due to the pandemic.

As soon as we resumed to work in April, we produced, inspected, and tested the sets day and night and sent out the goods via DHL though DHL charges are sharply increased during this period.

It’s the first cooperation between our two companies and we really appreciate understanding and trust from our Mongolia customer. Meanwhile, our quick response and proactive communication are praised by our customer to eliminate their concerns.
