DBM-6100 Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss And Resistivity Tester is high-precision instrument for testing dielectric loss factor and DC resistivity of insulating oil or other insulating liquids. With its integrated structure, it contains major components such as dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC testing power supply, standard capacitors, Megger, DC high voltage source.

Product Features

l  Big LCD screen, with backlight.

l  Friendly interface. Automatic storage and print test result.

l  Oil cup is three electrode, gap with 2mm. The oil sample can be evacuated without dismantling oil cup. Oil cup can be cleaned by oil sample.

l  With MF induction heating and PID temperature control. The temperature will be controlled within preset temperature error range strictly.

l  With SF6 gas 3-pole capacitor. Its tan delta and capacitance will not be affected by environmental temperature and humidity.

l  AC power supply is AC-DC-AC mode, to avoid fluctuation of mains voltage and frequency.

l  With over-voltage, over-current, short circuit protection. 

l  When the temperature is over 120degree, heating stops.

l  Parameters are set easily. Temperature range 0-125℃, AC voltage range 500-2200V, DC voltage range 0-500V.

l  With clock. Test date and time can be saved and printed together with test result.

l  Calibration function of cleaned dry cell. Capacitance and dielectric loss factor measurement of dry cell can determine the cleaning and assemble conditions. Calibration data is saved automatically which is more convenient to accurately calculate relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
